Location, decor and views of the sea from 3 of the bedrooms.
Lighting in the main lounge. There were no lamps, only overhead lighting. Could have been more surfaces in the bedrooms in addition to bedside cabinets.

It was clean and tidy.
Everyday kitchen items were available, so we didn't have to totally re-stock the kitchen. Things like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc
Wifi was easy top join
It was a quiet location
You might wish to mention that there are two steps into the property via front door, but only one step via the rear door, and that there is a step down into the kitchen.
Sofa quite awkward for the oldies, as it's quite deep and low. It also takes up quiet a lot of the living room and window - no biggie, but if it were being replaced - although I saw a 'for sale' sign.

Having stayed at the Beachcroft Hotel many times before Greenock Villas gave more flexibility but sadly did fail in a few areas.
Having arrived at Greenock Villas the toilet seat in the ensuite was broken (i do have a photo of this)
The house was very dusty with cobwebs on most of the furniture so much so that i had to clean all the floors and dust again. On opening the vaccum hoover provided there was approx 4 inches of dirt and whoever used the vaccum cleaner previously had not cleaned it out as it was full.
The toilet flush on all 3 toilets had to be pulled or pushed at least 3 times.
Very steep stairs to the very top of the house with no furniture to put clothes only 2 small bedroom drawers. Also, each bedroom should have a small bin in each of the rooms.
All bathrooms should have a tin of air freshner in each of the rooms.
Also, when you have a large party staying there more house keys should be provided.
The sofas were not very comfortable in the lounge as the cushions were not supporting your back or neck when you sat down.

Did not use kitchen as no manual on how to use kitchen/cooker.
