Key code sent day before. Easy to find. Can see the sea from the house so very short walk Bognor a nice walk along the sea front. Hot tub a great bonus. Bedding nice and crisp and towels very soft.
Could do with a towel in kitchen and downstairs toilet.
Freezer full of ice so could do with emptying 😄

Comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. Good size lounge with plenty of seats for everyone. Good location.
There was red candle wax on the pillow & duvet in one of the bedrooms. We did have to re wash all the utensils.

Very spacious house the pictures don’t do it justice much more space than we expected had all the amenities ironing boards irons kitchen towels, cleaning products everything for the dishwasher and soap Jacuzzi was great A lot of space for parking with fit three cars in the driveway.
Rooms were huge and was less than a two minute walk to the beach
Also to know, fresh air were amazing at picking up my phone calls answering me and resolving any issues especially the lady I was in contact with through out the weekend !
Hoover was not working
Oven was very slow to heat up and cook things in
$$$$
