Located on the 2nd and last floor of a small condominium, the apartment benefits from an exceptional panoramic view at 220 ° on Saint Jean-Cap Ferrat, the harbor of Villefranche, Mont Boron, the castle of Nice, the Baie des Anges and the entire Nice hinterland.

Spectacular view of Villefranche sur mer and Nice! Apartment was lovely, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, great dining room view to enjoy a glass of wine and meal with friends. Location is 10” walk to the grocery store and bakery for fresh croissants in the morning. Would highly recommend this place but the view is over the top! Mesmerizing

Very well appointed, spacious, comfortable apartment with absolutely stunning views. Could not have asked for a better experience. Very well located for short trips up and down the coast. Perfectly suited for having a car.

We really enjoyed our stay at François’. He was very friendly and helpful host. Everything needed was found in the lovely, nice and clean apartment. The living room was great for two families and the kitchen was well equipped. All bedrooms had comfortable beds and air conditioning. The best thing, however, was the spectacular views from the balcony! We are really happy. Thank you!
