This property is walking distance to a private beachfront. The gated community is very quiet and well maintained. The home is exactly as shown in the photos. The communication with the property management was above and beyond my expectations. Response times were quick, and detailed, making the booking and check out process effortless.

A really nice place. Very clean, lots of natural light, feels very cozy and welcoming. Kitchen is best stocked I’ve ever seen, beds and all furniture are comfortable, shower is hot with good water pressure. All appliances work and most look brand new. Very generous with bath towels, beach towels, and blankets. The style is vintage 1970’s done very classy. We really enjoyed ourselves.View out the front is of lots and lots of very tall pine trees and a well mowed lawn. Just past the condos in front of you, you can see a little part of the lake and all of the mountains beyond. In the trees and lawn, we saw chipmunks, robins, white-headed woodpecker, tree swallows, and the rare violet-green swallow.Beach is nice and sandy, about 5-10 feet deep, behind that is about 10-15 feet of native plants, and behind that is another 15 feet of grassy lawn, then either more native plants or some of the condo buildings. This way, after you get too hot on the sand, you can pick up your beach towels and move to the grassy area because it is very well shaded with pine trees, nicely mowed, and very comfortable to cool down on.Hosts were very responsive to all inquiries and super nice people as well. This is the type of rental everyone wants and we’ll check availability with these owners next time we’re in Zephyr Cove.
