Renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas. Failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet Hours are designated between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM and will be strictly enforced.

The cabin is fully furnished, has huge bay windows and a gas fireplace in the living room that is great to just turn on in the morning or evening even in summer!

Located in the historic lakeside community of Marla Bay, you can enjoy amazing privacy in this bay with access to all of Tahoe's activities. Zephyr Cove is just up the road and is the destination for many of Tahoe's activities which include powerboat rentals, jet skis and parasailing, fishing charters, sailing cruises on the Woodwind II and the MS Dixie 2, horseback riding, beach volleyball, the famous Sunset Beach Bar and more. The fun doesn't stop when the sun goes down; the fine dining, shows, dancing, and casino action of Tahoe's South Shore, including Montbleu and Harrah's are just a short drive away. During the winter months, activities in the area include downhill and cross-country skiing at nearby Heavenly Ski Resort. The Zephyr Cove Resort offers incredible snowmobiling tours and horseback rides overlooking the lake.

We have been coming to the cabin for over a decade. It has everything we need and want from a casual, relaxing vacation. Neighbors are nice. Sorry to see the beach so small, but we were able to set up and enjoy ourselves even so.
