No parties, events, or weddings
Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
No fireworks, wood fire pits, or charcoal grills

Maximum 4 vehicles
No street parking (strict county enforcement)
Parking permits must be displayed

No air conditioning (typical for Tahoe luxury homes)
Winter conditions common—AWD/4WD recommended

Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. There is only sleeping for 8 in beds.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Amazing location & views; unfortunate that only one of the doors opened to the back deck, shades didn’t work in the primary bedroom, and kitchen cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. Need more regular drinking glasses (plenty of wine glasses!)Outdoor grill caught on fire underneath due to buildup of grease in the grease pan; needs thorough cleaning!Nice quiet neighborhood, but house seems a little neglected…

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this house on the beach of Lake Tahoe. The views from the living area, balcony and yard are amazing. The house has a lot of room for sleeping and living. We would definitely come back.

The property is amazing! If it was my property, I would have not rented it out until some repairs were made. We were so excited when we entered the house and saw the beautiful view. We went over to open the sliding doors and they would not slide, both glass doors. It took 2 boys and a plan as to how to get them to slide. The track needs the pine needles and dirt removed.
