About this villa rental
Once owned by Muppet master Frank Oz, this classic Tahoe cottage is full of charm & just 2 short blocks to Marla Bay homeowner's beach. It is a lovely walk to the beach in a private neighborhood. This house is located in the quintessential Lake house neighborhood where memories are made. It is also conveniently located a few miles from Stateline and Heavenly village. Maximum daytime 15 and nighttime occupancy 10
Notice that gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited
Maximum number of allowed vehicles 2
Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500; and
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.

The home was very clean and friendly. The appliances were in great condition. We enjoyed an afternoon of grilling and hanging out. We enjoyed hiking all around the area and then we enjoyed returning to the house for a nice beverage

Perfect for our group of guys—plenty of space with a fun living room and lots of beds. The yard and barbecue area were a big plus, and the house had just about everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it!
