Housing new, original, well arranged, industrial style loft.
You have all the comforts, large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multi-function oven, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine ...), living room with flat screen and a sofa bed of 160 * 190, upstairs room bath with WC and washing machine then finally the room 140 * 190.
7 minutes walk from the Bois de Vincennes. 10 minutes walk from the center of Vincennes, 12 minutes from the transport Line 1, RER A, line 9 and you will be after 15 minutes to the center of Paris or 25 minutes from Eurodisney. There are also two buses 124 and 127 to 100m from the house if you do not want to walk to the subway.
Line 1 serves directly the main monuments of Paris (Bastille, Gare de Lyon, Marsh, Châtelet, City Hall, the Louvre, the Concorde, the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe, Defense ...).
Escape to the Bois de Vincennes and find a large green bowl, a Vélib bike station is next to or on foot.
You have the enjoyment of the whole house. You can find so quiet after traveling: Paris hectic!

Perfect stay. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Julien was available to help if needed. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental and the Vincennes area. Julien personally met us and ensured we were settled comfortably and, in a well organized notebook, provided information about the rental and the surrounding area and metro options for the Paris area. The rental suited our needs perfectly! We stumbled upon a neighborhood block party (families with children playing on a closed off street, a beer/wine garden and families visiting with other families. This was after we walked to the overlook at Parc des Beaumonts to view the lighting of the Eiffel Tower off in the distance. What a magical start to our visit! Throughout our time in Vincennes (10 days) we met the nicest people (locals)! This location is also close to Chateau de Vincennes, a must see fortress (look for the ‘rooftop tour’, in French only, on Sundays), and also where we accessed the metro into Paris. Paris is lovely, but Vincennes has us wanting to return. We will visit again!

The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The place was exactly as advertised.
The town of Vincennes is a lovely location worth visiting in its own. Located on the edge of Paris, it's connected by transit perfectly, even for a trip to Disneyland.
All of the Paris landmarks are 40 minutes or less away.
We had a lovely week long vacation, and will be looking to stay here again the next time we visit.

First off Julien was incredibly attentive. We felt that any need we may have would be immediately addressed. That was incredibly reassuring!
The place itself is very well maintained, has everything you need to stay comfortable, the layout of the place was well thought out. Juilen has a welcome binder with documents in several languages that provided us with details on the home as well as local markets, transportation, etc. We found this incredibly helpful.
We opted to do some cooking at the home and we found the cookware we needed was all provided.
The location was perfect for the type of travelers we are. We prefer a more quiet - away from the city location. We had no trouble navigating our way to Paris.
I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again while on holiday in Paris again. Merci Julien!
