Appartement Tempio - Welkeys

Cet appartement est idéalement situé à Vincennes, dans le centre, à proximité des commerces et des transports, dans une rue calme, sans circulation, à l'abri du bruit.

Je trouve le recours à une caution superflu pour une location de courte durée. Certains éléments de l'appartement, comme les volets, étaient un peu défraîchis et très difficiles à fermer. Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient un peu limités.

A clean and comfortable apartment in a nice neighborhood. Easy to reach by metro and RER train. Hacene was kind and helpful, and we were able to check in early, around noon. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

No TV

Spacieux, lit de qualité donc repos optimum, bien chauffé, des pièces distinctes, juste faites attention si vous souhaitiez une TV , ceci ne fait pas parti de l'équipement standard. merci à Hacene pour sa présence téléphonique rapide et permanente :)

The apartment itself has a lot going for it: the location is excellent, in a pleasant neighborhood with good access to transport, shops, and parks. The interiors are as described — clean, fairly well-equipped, and comfortable for a family stay.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was significantly affected by poor communication and a lack of basic support from the host agency (Welkeys). Upon arrival, the key was not where it was supposed to be (under the building entrance doormat...), and the greeter was unaware of its whereabouts. We were left waiting outside with children for over two hours, receiving only vague and inaccurate updates like “we’re five minutes away.” We were also told the front door lock would be changed during our stay for safety reasons — a promise that was never fulfilled despite multiple follow-ups. We requested fans several times due to high temperatures at night, but these requests were ignored. This lack of responsiveness made us feel unsafe and unsupported, which is a shame given the apartment’s potential. With more reliable and attentive management, this could be a great stay — but sadly, that was not our experience.
