Une maison comme un Riad

Die zentrale Lage zur RER, sodass sowohl die Stadt als auch Disneyland sehr gut zu erreichen waren. Die Kommunikation mit Sophie hat super funktioniert. Sie hat sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Die Wohnung ist schon etwas älter und würde an einigen Stellen eine Renovierung benötigen. Aber für uns sind Lage, Sauberkeit und Preis-Leistung bei Städtereisen wichtiger. Und das hat hier gepasst.

Fantastic location. 2 minute walk trom the station. 3 stops to the centre of Paris. Host answered any questions very quickly. You can hear the rumble of the trains below, but easy to ignore. Would book again next time we visit Paris.

Great vibe of a real old French house with a soul. We felt like home. Location was perfect - right on the main street in Vincennes and 3 minutes from the train station which easily gets you to both Disneyland and Paris city centre, at the same time it is not as touristic as Paris itself - peacuful local town, prices in the restaurants are also much lower and the nice cafés and bars nearby are full of locals. The owner, Sophie was always very helpful and was answering all our questions.

There was an issue with hot water sometimes - the boiler is automatically turned on quite late so the water was not always warm for the evening shower. But this was solved once the owner, Sophie, explained how to actívate the boiler manually earlier.

Vincennes ist ein schöner, sauberer und sicherer VorOrt. Tolle Lage mit schneller Anbindung an die Stadt per Metro oder Bahn! Der Check-In war dank Sophies Infos problemlos. Nettes Häuschen und toller, kleiner Gartenbereich! Leider empfanden wir beides als sehr ungepflegt!

Die Bahn rattert unter dem Haus durch! Das ist ungewohnt aber war nicht sehr störend! Leider war die Bettwäsche nicht sauber! Es wurde zügig für Ersatz gesorgt! Teppiche und das 1Sofa im Wohnzimmer sind schmutzig- Im Bad rostige Griffe und Ansätze von Schimmel!⭐️ Es ist alles da was man braucht aber teils zusammengewürfelt, veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig! ⭐️ Mit etwas Liebe und kleinem Geld könnte man das schnell ändern!
