Great vibe of a real old French house with a soul. We felt like home. Location was perfect - right on the main street in Vincennes and 3 minutes from the train station which easily gets you to both Disneyland and Paris city centre, at the same time it is not as touristic as Paris itself - peacuful local town, prices in the restaurants are also much lower and the nice cafés and bars nearby are full of locals. The owner, Sophie was always very helpful and was answering all our questions.
There was an issue with hot water sometimes - the boiler is automatically turned on quite late so the water was not always warm for the evening shower. But this was solved once the owner, Sophie, explained how to actívate the boiler manually earlier.

Vincennes is a clean, beautiful suburb. House is close to station, so easy to get to central Paris, and surrounded by supermarkets, bakeries etc. The house is cosy and homely and has everything you need including washer, drier, coffee maker and well-stocked kitchen. It's clean, quiet and Sophie contacted me on WhatsApp before trip and answered all my questions. Would definitely stay here again.
My friend said the main bedroom was lovely, I was on a sofa bed so a bit less comfy but fine. Had a few problems with the shower as the water level was rising until I realised the filter was more like a plug and removed it. Electricity a little hit and miss with some of the plugs - but that's just France really.
