La localisation proche du château, du métro ligne 1, des commerces. L’aménagement sobre et fonctionnel. Les équipements et la propreté, le calme
L’accès peu aisé aux toilettes. À déconseiller aux personnes de forte corpulence. Il manquait un torchon à vaisselle pour essuyer la vaisselle lavée .

L'emplacement en plein centre et proche de toutes commodités, le logement bien agencé
Le matelas (beaucoup de salissures) et le ronronnement de l'aération la nuit. Pas de savon et de torchon. Un porte manteau serait à ajouter.

L'emplacement est vraiment top , très bien placé pour se déplacer à pied dans Vincennes, proximité avec les restaurants, le château, le parc floral...
Quand nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement : une odeur très désagréable, un mélange de parfum d'intérieur et de tabac ( ? ) froid sans aucune fenêtre ouverte pour essayer de renouveler l'air ( alors que les stores étaient baissés et il faisait 17°C depuis plusieurs jours donc il aurait été judicieux de laisser passer un filet d'air...)
Nous étions avec nos enfants de 2,5 ans et 5 ans dont un est asthmatique nous avons donc dormi les fenêtres ouvertes toute la nuit pour espérer faire disparaître cette odeur la première nuit ( heureusement la rue est très peu passante donc très calme même fenêtre ouverte )
De plus, surprise quand nous avons déplié le canapé, briquet entre les coussins, tabac en vrac sur le matelas et boulettes de canabis sous le canapé, heureusement que nous sommes tombés dessus avant nos enfants !

We appreciated the location of the apartment, which is very convenient for public transport (metro and train station) and well served by supermarkets and various shops. The area itself is also quiet, well-kept, and seems safe
However, our overall experience was seriously affected by several negative aspects.
The most serious issue was the condition of the bed. Upon arrival, it was dirty, and the sheets did not look clean at all.
While changing the sheets, we also found an insect inside the bed, which is absolutely unacceptable. Two of the pillows had no pillowcases, and the others were completely worn out and uncomfortable. The bed was so unhygienic and uninviting that we had to go to IKEA to buy bedding ourselves just to be able to sleep comfortably during our stay.
The bathroom, especially the shower, was also in poor condition.
At first, we thought there was mold and tried to clean it with bleach, but it turned out to be black, deteriorated silicone. In any case, the overall appearance was very neglected and not hygienic.
Another issue concerns both privacy and comfort. The shutters cannot be fully opened, and since there are no curtains, people passing by can see directly inside. The apartment is slightly below street level, so pedestrians are practically right next to the windows. This also limits air circulation, making the apartment—especially the sleeping area—warm and uncomfortable.
Finally, we found it unacceptable that basic essentials such as toilet paper and cutlery were missing, forcing us to purchase them ourselves.
In conclusion, the apartment has potential thanks to its location, but in its current condition we cannot consider our stay satisfactory. We strongly recommend that the owners significantly improve cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities, as these aspects heavily impact the overall guest experience.
