Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todos los servicios necesarios y al lado de una línea RER y otra de Metro. Se puede disfrutar de una zona más tranquila y visitar París con mucha comodidad. Además el Castillo de Vincennes que está cerca merece una visita. Camas cómodas y el apartamento limpio. Volvería a reservar aquí para una próxima visita.
Me gustó todo, solo una sugerencia y una información.
El check in es a las 17, creo que se podría adelantar un poco para los que puedan dejar sus cosas y disfrutar de la ciudad.
A nosotros no nos molestó, porque no creo que se escuchara fuerte, pero de vez en cuando se puede escuchar el tren de RER y los niños gritando en el colegio al lado. Repito, no sé escucha fuerte y a nosotros no nos molestó, pero los que tengan un sueño muy delicado podrían notarlo.

Vriendelijke, gastvrije en behulpzame host. Een schoon, goed verzorgd en compleet ingericht comfortabel appartement in een klein en erg rustig appartementencomplex met veel privacy. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Goede bedden, prima douche, goed isolerende beglazing en luiken die uitstekend afsluitbaar zijn . De locatie is perfect : centraal gelegen in het centrum van Vincennes, op korte afstand van RER station en metro lijn 1. Vincennes heeft veel mooie winkels en leuke restaurants. Het is een rustige, schone, prettige voorstad van Parijs met veel groen en mogelijkheden voor wandelingen en fietstochten.

Small apartment in great location

Great location near train station, restaurants, supermarket, bakery. Communal hallway had that clean hospital smell, clearly regularly done. Apartment was clean, nothing to fault. It is economical with a family using the pull-out sofa, going to a hotel nearby would have cost us 50% more, the trade-off is that it is a sofa bed but since we were only there one night and hardly inside, it worked well for us. Will use it again next year!
There was personal meeting to take keys, it is nice to meet the host in person, but puts a bit of (self-inflicted) pressure on guests to make the pre-arranged meeting time. I don't mind instructions with videos for example. Even though hosts are flexible, I always feel bad changing plans for either my own convience or when traffic / circumstances required it.
