Gute Ausstattung, gute Lage, geräumig.
Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt etwas verwahrlost. Die Dusche ist sehr klein, die Toilette nicht geheizt, und der Boden muss dringend erneuert werden.
