We had a wonderful time in Cambria!The air conditioning didn't work very well upstairs.The garage door opener didn't work.The neighborhood was quiet and the location to the town and the beach was perfect!

The house was very clean and well appointed. We experienced a power outage, unavoidable however the flashlights provided did not work and had corroded batteries. The batteries for the thermostat were old and the heat did not work the house was freezing 59 degrees. Maintenance man came and fixed the problem. He had to change outlets in the garage because the one being used did not work. the lock on the front door is very stiff and hard to open. The price of $225 per night sounded good until you add several fees and taxes bring the cost to $798 for two nights almost $400 per night.Beautiful ocean view but far away from Cambria. The home is well maintained if not for the battery problems it would be at least a 4 star rating. I would recommend this property if these issues are addressed. Beautiful neighborhood.
