This charming two level home, with its light & airy atmosphere, offers a relaxed and cozy setting on top of sunny Park Hill. Moonstone Beach, Shamel Park & the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve are all within easy walking distance. The house itself offers a large & comfortable living/dining area with pitched ceilings, lots of windows & a gas free standing fireplace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds & 2 full baths. In addition, there is a sitting room/loft area located off the master bedroom that has its own deck with views to the pretty backyard area. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave & dishwasher has everything you need for those times you prefer dining in. Outfitted with TV/VCR/DVD and Cable TV, CD/Tape/Radio/Stereo player as well as wireless internet. This home also features a private garden, three decks, garage, Weber charcoal BBQ & a washer/dryer.
Pelican Cottage is a quiet retreat that will allow you to enjoy the beauty of Cambria. Walk on the beach, stroll along the bluff trail & see local wildlife or enjoy the tranquility of your immediate surroundings at the home itself. It is also easy to catch the local 'Otter Trolley' into the Village of Cambria for shopping, dining or just getting to know our beautiful coastal community. Hearst Castle is within a 15 minute drive of the house, as well as the Elephant Seal Viewing areas that are very popular for visitors as well as local residents. Enjoy sampling some of the local award winning wines located close by in the Paso Robles Wine Region or explore the other coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay. Fabulous place to stay. Really comfortable with great facilities. There were a few small issues but Deb dealt with them all promptly. Great service. Thanks for the stay!

Wonderful place for our small family to spend some time together. House is in excellent condition. Neighborhood is nice. Really liked the extra areas off of each of the bedrooms. Kitchen is small but seems recently redone and is very well lighted. There was space for our two cars to park off street. Property manager was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and she went out of her way to help us with a couple of questions we had.
