Immerse yourself at the heart of Cambria’s beach scene on Moonstone Beach Drive. Located across from two local surf spots you can stroll the oceanfront boardwalk with steps down to the beach or walk to two nearby restaurants. The large front deck of this beautiful home captures all that is going on at the beach; surfers, bikers, waves and sunsets. Relax in the private ocean view back deck when you desire privacy. Inside, among the wooded ceilings and floors are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, large family room with fireplace, ping-pong table and Ms. Pac Man console. The upstairs living room faces the sea and is open to the dining area and remodeled kitchen with new appliances. The living room has a fireplace for cozy nights and mornings. There is access to both decks on the second floor. There are so many places to relax or enjoy yourself in this spacious home. A bedroom and bathroom is located on every floor plus there’s an additional kids area with trundle bed. The top (3rd floor bedroom) has 180 degree ocean views.

We had a great stay on Moonstone Beach. The location simply cannot be beat right on the boardwalk and just steps down to the water. The views from the house (especially the master upstairs) are breathtaking. We were two adults and two young children and the house was perfect for us - plenty of space to spread out for some quiet and gathering spaces to all come back together. House was nicely decorated and everything was in good condition. Very well appointed kitchen - we like to cook and the house had a huge variety of pots, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. Tigg was a great host and was very responsive if there was anything we needed. We will definitely be back and hope to spend many more summers at this great house!
