About this house rental
Your holiday home includes on the ground floor: - a living room-lounge-kitchen, - a bathroom (with shower, sink and washing machine), - a separate toilet, - a small cleaning storage room. Upstairs: - the mezzanine offers on the right the sleeping area with 1 double bed 140x190 and on the left a lounge area with TV, Hifi system and desk. Outside: - a paved terrace of 70 m² including a courtyard, - a lawned garden of 300 m² (under development) overlooking a meadow of 1500 m², - a gravelled courtyard with parking space of 50 m², - a wooden chalet, part of which can store motorcycles or things like bicycles and even recharge their batteries. How can you not succumb to the charm of this independent 50 m² cottage 700 m from the Estuary and the GR34? Loïc and Anne have done a very nice job of decoration and harmony, and nothing is missing. From there you will immediately enjoy all the facets of Lézardrieux: a pretty town center facing the church, the port, the intimate banks of the Trieux, lighthouse, beach, chapels, oyster fishing districts, market gardeners, the Passeur du Trieux discovery boat, the ballet of the tides, ... in short, a lively and authentic Brittany. The peninsula delimited by the Trieux and the Jaudy is full of heritage and natural beauties such as the Sillon de Talbert and its nature reserve at its end. Lovely visits in perspective in the towns of Paimpol (8 km) and Tréguier (10 km) A lovely cottage for 2: a very cute Breton Penty, facing nature with the Trieux and its tides 700 m away. We fell in love right away, plus EVERYTHING is included!
