We had a wonderful stay here and would happily recommend this apartment. The building itself is something special — a beautiful historic house with so much character. Even the old staircase, with its age and patina, adds to the authentic atmosphere. Anyone who appreciates history and old architecture will likely love this place.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, a heater for colder days, a good shower, and a very cozy blanket. It was also impressively quiet at night, so we slept very well with no noise from the street.
We especially loved the historic details inside the apartment — the old window frames, remains of the fireplace, and an antique chest. These touches give the place real soul and make the stay feel unique.
The location is excellent as well, with plenty of places to eat nearby and interesting surroundings to explore.
A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help. He gave great recommendations about the area and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Великолепное расположение! Транспорт, магазины, торговые центры, бары, локальные точки питания и рыночек с овощами и фруктами (боже, какая там клубника!) - все рядом, а за окном тишина или пение птичек. Очень хороший сигнал вай-фай, просторный номер, местный вайб, дистанционное заселение и отъезд
Лестница, ведущая в квартиру наводит ужас. Проводка в доме уже настолько старая, что автомат выбивает регулярно, то ли от водонагревателя, то ли от чайника. Но самый главный минус - неудобная кровать, по комфорту примерно как спать на земле, говорю, как старая походница. Нам было нормально, мы и не такое видели, но если вы - человек нежный, подумайте трижды.

El apartamento se encuentra en plena Concesión Francesa, dentro de uno de los edificios protegidos por el ayuntamiento. Además, en la esquina (saliendo a la derecha), hay un par de restaurantes de comida local (de Shanghái) muy económicos que quitan el hambre y el frío (viajamos en enero y yo soy superfriolera, con 2 grados tenía que pasear con gorro, mascarilla y varios patchs de calor xD ).
Michael, el propietario, es un amor de persona y ayuda en todo lo que puede. ¡Muchísimas gracias!
IMPORTANTE! Es un piso protegido por el ayuntamiento que tiene restringidas las reformas (no hay ascensor, el edificio es de madera y se filtra aire por la ventana, aunque con la cortina y la calefacción se aguanta bastante bien). Si veis algo muy viejo, es porque el ayuntamiento prioriza mantener su valor histórico. Incluso, algunos turistas entran al patio para observar su fachada (en el barrio encontraréis otros muchos patios similares que se pueden visitar). Así que si buscáis algo un poquito más reformado, no lo reserveis. Vosotros os tenéis que adaptar a las instalaciones del edificio.
