The hosts were very available and they were very efficient on helping (and sometimes went above and beyond).
They help set up a taxi to go the airport (We were even upgraded), they help file a complaint to the police after being scam by a taxidriver.
The stay was very pleasant. Even though, the staff did not speak English nor French, we communicated through a translating app. They made our stay much easier.
Unforetunately, the fire doors were open and there were people smoking. The smell of cigarettes permeated our floor and was noticeable as soon as we stepped out of the elevator and came out of the room.

Tout, vraiment tout est incroyable dans cet hôtel. On est arrivé fatigué et on nous annonce qu'ils nous ont surclassé la chambre gratuitement. On a eu un service de nettoyage parfait, il y'a une machine à laver qui fait aussi office de sèche linge dans la chambre. Ils nous ont offert la lessive et on prit le temps de nous expliquer comment l'utiliser et ils sont même venus allumer la machine pour nous quand nous leur avons demandé. Le lit est confortable, la salle de bain propre. En chine tout se passe avec alipay, ils nous ont aidé avec les adresses. Et pour le dernier jours, ils nous ont donné plus de temps pour finir nos valises et nous les ont gardé le temps qu'on fasse une dernière sortie avant l'aéroport. Merci à vous pour ces vacances

我住的房間維護得相當漂亮，簡約現代的設計搭配溫暖的燈光，營造出一種時尚又舒適的氛圍，讓我在會議結束後只想窩在房間裡放鬆。床鋪非常舒適——每晚都睡得很沉。小廚房設備齊全，房間內有洗衣機對長住來說更是超級方便。

接下來要說的才是重點。第二天，我發現自己忘了帶筆電充電器。當我詢問櫃檯附近哪裡可以買到時，工作人員不只是隨便指個方向——他們真的打了三通電話給不同的電子用品店確認庫存，還幫我印了一張地圖標示店家位置。那天晚上，我隨口提起想吃道地的上海菜，禮賓部推薦了一家藏在小巷裡、我在網路上根本找不到的本地小店。結果那是整趟旅程中最美味的一餐
地點優勢
地理位置真的無可挑剔——地鐵18號線的站口就在公寓門口，出門就能進站，讓我在上海到處探索變得超輕鬆。有天晚上去外灘，不用半小時就到了。旁邊的大型購物中心應有盡有，從珍珠奶茶到Uniqlo都能找到；轉角處的夜市更是我忙碌一天後快速解決晚餐的好去處。街邊小吃20塊？當然要來一份！
幾點誠實的觀察
既然您希望看到真實的評價，我也注意到兩個小細節——這絕對不影響整體體驗，但對像我這樣有點完美主義的人來說，值得提出來：
房間裡的高桌搭配的椅子雖然好看，但我在那裡工作兩個小時後，背部就開始抗議了。如果能換成更符合人體工學的椅子，對需要長時間工作的商務旅客來說會差很多。
另外有天下午，我想在舒適的沙發區工作，但茶几太低了，用電腦時不太舒服，最後只能彎著腰湊合。如果茶几能調整高度，或者公寓可以提供一個便攜式的小桌板，就能讓休憩區變成第二個合適的工作空間。
