De locatie is super. Midden in de gezellige oude wijk en omgeven door café’s en winkels. Het appartement heeft een knusse sfeer en een mooi uitzicht over de stad.
Zoals al in andere reviews genoemd, is er geen lift en zij het veel trappen. Het appartement is dus niet voor iedereen geschikt. De aankomst in het ‘s avonds donker was onprettig, omdat de host er niet was en het erg moeilijk vindbaar was in het oude trappenhuis. Het appartement was ook niet erg schoon.

The location is exceptional! Just a few step to Huaihai road. Nanchang road has many nice shops, nice for a walk. I really love the neighborhood. Very close to many metro lines. The room is new despite being in an old building and it is clean. Good sunlight and nice view from the windows. It’s quiet at night. And the bed hardness is perfect for me. Owner is very helpful and responsive.
The building is old and no elevator. I knew about it before I came so it’s not a problem but it’s not for everyone for sure. The building is old and quite dark at night, typical for old Shanghai buildings. People who are not familiar with Shanghai might be scared. But Shanghai is generally safe so don’t need to worry much.

I loved everything. The location is excellent. The metro is nearby. There are lots of cafes and shops around, and the area is beautiful. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need, hot water, and a comfortable bed. The view from the window is wonderful. Thanks a lot to Michael, he can help with many questions.
It's not critical for us, even a plus, fitness :), the apartment is on the sixth floor, without an elevator.
