Для тех кто любит аутентичные места. Дом 1940 года, подъезд, квартира сохраняют отпечаток истории. Ремонт, интерьер не новые, но все уютно, чисто, просторно для двоих. Запахов, насекомых нет. Понравился район. Метро, автобусы, кафе, магазины в пешей доступности. Приятные, заботливые хозяева. Встретили у метро, всегда были на связи.
В квартире отопление кондиционером, если несколько часов выключен, становится свежо.

This was my second time visiting Shanghai, and honestly, this place made the whole trip even better. The apartment was super neat and cozy—the kind of space that immediately makes you feel at home after a long day out. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully set up.
The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always responsive and genuinely kind. You can tell they really care about their guests. The winter of Shanghai can be a bit chilly, but the heating inside worked great and kept the place warm and comfortable the whole time.
One of the biggest highlights is the location. Right downstairs there are tons of bars and restaurants—Japanese food, New American–style cuisine, you name it. There are lots of people coming and going, including many international visitors, which gives the neighborhood this lively, urban vibe. You really feel the pulse and charm of the city here.
The apartment is also right in the heart of the city, with extremely convenient transportation. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Line 2 of the metro, and the walk itself is lovely—you pass through a quiet lane lined with plane trees and classic old villas. It’s one of those walks that makes you slow down and appreciate where you are.

Loved the location, Lily was especially helpful. It had everything we needed and very comfortable.
The only thing is there are 6 floors of stairs but that was it
