The flat is very practical and Lily was so helpful and hospitable. She was ready to provide solutions and advice whenever needed and we appreciated that so much.
I must be honest here and it’s on us in the end, the distance from the city center. If you would like a quiet place that is not in the hustle and bustle of the city center and you wouldn’t mind taking the metro for some time then this is the place.

Cleanliness, Quietness, Energy of the Property.
I extended another day apart from the days I've booked. I told the lady that I would return in the evening and pay her for that specific extra day. She agreed. When I arrived, the keycode was already changed and was not informed abt the same. I had to call her and she came after some time. The lady did not inform the keycode would be changed. What in case somebody wanted to use the Toilet quick and then end up waiting out?
The lady told me that the code is not shared because I did not pay her yet for the extra day. "I was Out". The lady could have told me upfront that the code is changed and a new code would be provided when I pay up. In that case, I would have contacted her 10 minutes prior to reaching the apartment so that we both arrive at almost the same time.
Purposefully making someone wait after a long day out is not what I would prefer when there were other options available to move ahead with the situation.
The lady apologised later. Hope this is not repeated with some other guests later.
**** Special Mention to Indian Guests****. The lady mentions that Indian guests are not allowed to cook Indian curries in the kitchen because of the odour it creates perhaps. hmm. Okay. That is her requirement. Totally her choosing. I comply. Either she can mention the same in the comments section on booking.com or provides a room freshener spray to neutralize. As blunt as She can be Politely. I also Express my uncomfortable moments of bearing the odour emanated from her due to her Unhygienic Oral Routine. It was unbearable as we were talking for a short while. At her home, her choice. None of my business. When talking to guests in a Professional set up, these minute observations matter. Hope she takes care of these. **** She manages another property with the title 'Jenny' Apartment' nearby.
Usually, guests tend to take it one way from the hosts.

Accueil familial et chaleureux a la sortie du metro pour nous installer dans l`appartement. Belle vue degagee jusqu`a la skyline. Appartement lumineux avec terrasse.
