Bella struttura, spaziosa, pulita, molto bene arredata e completa persino di lavatrice e lavastoviglie!, Dal settimo piano si gode una bella vista panoramica sul centro storico, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato.
Il parcheggio pubblico vicino alla struttura è a pagamento su strisce blu. Quello libero su strisce bianche si trova dall'altra parte del fiume Bisenzio, comunque non troppo lontano. A noi è capitato l'inconveniente di aver trovato l'ascensore che si era guastato poco prima del nostro arrivo ed è stato riparato la mattina successiva, poco dopo la nostra partenza. Memorabili i 157 gradini per arrivare al settimo piano! Ma essendo tosti siamo sopravvissuti, e comunque questo casuale imprevisto non inficia la qualità della bella struttura.

Parking in the area is quite difficult because there are no free (white) parking spaces nearby. The coffee machine was not working. The elevator on the floor was unreliable: on two occasions it did not work and I had to go to another floor to take the elevator. Additionally, the check-in message with the instructions arrived only the day before at around 7 PM, just a few hours before the check-in time. I did not see it in time because I do not have notifications enabled for Booking, so when I arrived at the building I initially had no instructions and had to wait about 30 minutes outside the entrance until someone came out and let me in. Once inside the building, I was able to open the locker by reading the code from the instructions.

todo! es un apartamento muy bonito y cerca de la parada de tren. Perfecto para ir a florencia desde aqui. Con la reserva del apartamento en la cafeteria de abajo de te hacen un descuento y los desayunos estan muy ricos.

Very clean and quiet.
Tv would not play Netflix tv needs updating. Balcony very small, cannot fit 2 chairs on it. No microwave and portable oven is no more than a pie warmer. 3 power cuts on 1st day there then got less frequent as the week went by.only 1 socket in very small kitchenette.
