Fantastic renovated apartment that we really enjoyed despite being in an old building! It's about 10min walk to train station so we took train instead of a car to visit Florence.
We never met the host but we spoke on the phone few times and she was always very helpful. The sleeping up in the loft is little adventurous (ladder) but a nice unique experience. Prato is a beautiful town itself.
Parking is a about 5-8min away but it was not an issue for us. You can download luggage and then go park.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit zwei Bädern etwas Besonderes.
Die Treppe im Hausflur ist sehr eng. Mit großem Gepäck könnte das ein Problem werden.
Eine der beiden Duschen war nicht einsetzbar, aber die andere funktionierte einwandfrei.
Man könnte eine zusätzliche Decke zur Verfügung stellen, wenn es nachts kalt wird.

Het appartement ligt op een goede locatie in Prato. Op loopafstand van het centraal station, zodat je gemakkelijk een dagje naar Florence kunt gaan. Maar ook dichtbij het centrum met zijn charmante duomo. Prato is niet zo druk met toeristen, we hebben verscheidene keren vanaf een terras rustig over het plein voor de duomo kunnen uitkijken. In het appartement vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. Zitgedeelte en keuken bevinden zich in één ruimte. De slaapkamer is ruim en er zijn twee badkamers, wat best fijn is. We hebben de host niet gezien, maar de communicatie via whatsapp verliep prima.
Het appartement ligt aan een beetje rommelig straatje, waar het 's nachts toch opmerkelijk rustig was. Om bij het appartement te komen moet je een smalle trap op, dat was met een koffer best lastig.
