Proprietatea este ok,doar ca poate camera pe care eu am ales-o,are o terasa mare,dar un view doar cu acoperișuri de la alte clădiri .

The location was great, check in instructions were clear, the space was very clean, and I loved the skylights and heating/ac system.
The wifi didn’t work until the last day, which also affected the TVs which I was very excited about. I understand this was unpreventable, but still disappointing. When I reached out to staff about it, responses were delayed, sometimes I had to text twice, but ultimately they did respond and were helpful. Hot water in the shower ran out pretty quickly, so had to take cold showers. I wish there had been more dish cleaning towels, or a roll of paper towels provided, doing dishes was difficult. The coffee maker was also very hard to use (I recommend someone tests this to see what I’m talking about). Lastly and very importantly, the terrace door locks from the inside, with no way back in if you close it behind you. This might be tough to alter, so I wish there was a very clear sign, and/or info in the check in instructions about this, clarifying never to close the door all the way behind you (which isn’t great, since there are an abundance of bugs). Me and a friend I had over had a very harrowing experience where we were locked out at night, with no phones, no keys, we almost considered climbing down the side of the building, but luckily were able to pry the door open from the outside (it was VERY difficult to do, and very scary).
