Апартамента е оборудван добре, има всичко необходимо. Домакинът ни беше оставил панер с кафе и бисквити за добре дошли. Има тераска, което е добре ако си пушач. Нямаше отопление, защото още не беше пуснато парното, но домакинът веднага ни донесе печка - времето беше малко хладно. Спалнята горе е много удобна, диванът също, но заема цялото пространство, когато се разгъне. Банята е малка, но е добре. Неудобство е, че няма сифон извън душ кабината и става малко мокро и мръсно . Не е много удобно ако трябва да ползваш нощем тоалетната заради стълбите, но то си е написано в обявата, така че е въпрос на преценка. Като цяло престоят ни беше много добре.
Кварталът не е много ок, тип китайски и трябваше доста време да търсим място, за да паркираме колата - някъде по други улици
