The property is a mix of old and new. Weather loved the size, location and amenities. Lots of space for our family and friends, and with the pool, big garden and tv area in the pool house the kids were able to play continuously without getting bored.

Layout of rooms within house suited our mixed age (3 to 75) group. Pool much enjoyed. Laura @ Chichester Properties very helpful. Big living room in 'Pool House' great for family meals TV watching etc.
WiFi patchy - not a problem but could be if members of your party need to work on-line

The bedroom layout worked very well for us. The large social area was perfect.
Good sized kitchen, well equipped.
We found the heating and hot water sporadic. Thank god we had a practical person with us, but took lots of turning down/ up radiators. The hot water pressure went down and we had to top up the boiler.

Fantastic communication from the host. The property is nice and snug, and is also unique to stay in. You can fit 4 cars on the driveway quite well. Good instructions are left behind the property for use etc.
Some of the furniture quality is a bit low such as the seats positioned around the larger the dining table.
