The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, wine fridge, bean-to-cup coffee machine, undercounter fridge, and full-size American-style fridge/freezer. An island with bar stools for four and a dining table seating ten make this space ideal for gatherings. After dinner, relax on the cosy sofas with the flatscreen TV, or open the two sets of bi-fold doors to the sunny South-East facing garden with rattan furniture – perfect for al fresco breakfasts or evening drinks. There is also an outdoor shower, ideal for hosing off sandy toes!
For added convenience, a separate utility room is accessible from the kitchen, complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and sink.
