The house accommodates 7 guests, with the option to use two additional sofa beds if needed, providing even more flexibility for extra visitors.
On the ground floor, directly accessible from the terrace, you’ll find a large dining room, perfect for indoor gatherings. Adjacent to it is a cozy living room with a large fireplace, a sofa, an armchair, and a TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The ground floor also includes a study with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a service bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
The first floor features three comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a French bed and a single bed, and a third with two single beds and a french-size sofa bed. The floor also includes two bathrooms: one with a toilet, bathtub/shower, sink, and bidet, and the other with a toilet, sink, and bidet, ensuring maximum convenience for all guests.
The house is located just 3 km from the town of Lastra a Signa, where you can find pizzerias, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and even a shopping center for all your needs. To reach Florence, it takes about 15 minutes to travel the 10 km to the nearest tram stop, the most convenient way to get to the historic city center.

Claudio’s villa is excellent. Five of us stayed for four days and we found the property to be clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The views from the patio are excellent. The drive into Firenze is short enough that it’s not a deterrent but you’re far enough away from the city to enjoy the rural atmosphere. Claudio recommended a great local restaurant, Edy Piu, less than 10 minutes from the house that was fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.
