About this house rental
The house consists of two duplex apartments, which have just been renovated. The apartments are both composed of a living area with dining room and kitchen complete with everything with oven and washing machine, a double bedroom with an additional bed, a bedroom with two single beds (on the first floor), a double bedroom (on the ground floor) and the complete bathroom with shower and bidet.
The house has a large garden with centuries-old olive grove and a small vegetable garden available to guests. In the garden there is a table with chairs, a hammock and a barbecue.
The villa is located just 2 km from Villa Rospigliosi and 2 km from Padule di Fucecchio and the Via Francigena. It is located just 7 km from Vinci and Leonardo's birthplace. At 3 km you will find swimming pool, tennis court and football pitch; just 100 meters from the bus stop and 5oo meters you will find a bar. At 1 km there is a small supermarket and a pizzeria.
The following tourist attractions are easily reachable: Collodi and the famous Pinocchio park, the zoo of Pistoia, Abetone, Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca.

Dom położony jest na uboczu wsi ciągnącej się wzdłuż niezbyt ruchliwej drogi. Składa się z dwóch niezależnych apartamentów mieszczących się w połowie bliźniaka. Sąsiaduje z dużym sadem oliwkowym gdzie można urządzać posiłki. Na tyle dość duży basen i również miejsca na spotkania. Mieszkania wystarczająco duże dla grupy 9 osób, może jednak brakować trochę miejsca w kuchniach, brak zmywarek w kuchniach. We wsi można kupić codziennie pieczywo, większe zakupy w nieodległym miasteczku. W pobliżu dobrze oznakowane choć nieliczne piesze szlaki, w odległości kilku km trattorie, pizzerie, restauracje. Dobrze spytać Gospodynię o szczegóły.
Gospodyni bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, w sumie doskonale miejsce na leniwe wakacje dla grupy kilku osob.

Abbiamo passato una settimana di relax grazie all’ambiente tranquillo e alla bellissima piscina. Tutti i locali erano molto puliti e attrezzatti. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e si sono presi cura di noi. I vicini di casa molto disponibili e simpatici sono stati una grande risorsa. Speriamo di tornarci presto !
