Marble staircase to the 1st floor: spacious, centrally located, living room with table, chairs, upholstered chairs, 2 pouf beds, parquet tiled floor, all 4 bedrooms are connected with this living room.
1 spacious double bedroom with cupboard, chest of drawers, SAT-TV, exit onto a big terrace (40 sqm) with swing and stunning views onto the hills, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed with cupboard, SAT-TV, terracotta tiled floors, fresco – it is said that Napoleon Bonaparte slept in this bedroom, 1 double bedroom with cupboard, SAT-TV and 1 double bedroom with exit onto a terrace (12 sqm), cupboard, SAT-TV – connecting door from this bedroom to the French sized bedroom, 1 big and beautiful bathroom with green marble, tub, separate shower, basin, wc, bidet. Stairs to the 2nd floor: 1 big bathroom with tub/shower, washing machine, wc, bidet and basin. All bathrooms dispose of a hair-dryeer.
The villa is furnished with great care, cheerful painted walls (pink, light blue, green and red), beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, period furniture, luxury tapestry, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, wifi included.
It is not permitted to charge electric cars by using the electricity provided by the Villa.

Very beautiful villa, splendid large garden, beautiful swimming pool with many sun loungers and parasols. Many different seating areas and tables in the garden.

We used this lovely villa to get together with my family. We spent lovely days in the region. We visited Elba, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and many more beautiful Tuscany villages/places. We stayed and enjoyed the pool and this wonderful villa with the nice backyard where all of us could sit around the table and exchange the experiences of the day.

This was our second week of a two part trip with 10 people. 2 grannies, 2 married couples, 2 teens and 2 yarnings. The space has been wonderful. We used the house as a home base with two long sight seeing days and two pool days. It's been the perfect combo. The gravel paths are wonderful to explore and see nature. The house was accomodating and allowed for family dinner nights. My nephew can say he could live in Tuscany. Hope all who follow enjoy just as much as us.
