The building seemed very quiet despite being in the city centre & student accommodation. It was clean. Kitchen with good facilities. Very secure
I didnt like being sent an email just after I'd paid saying I had to provide ID and online check in within 3 days or have my reservation cancelled. I did the online check in, then was told I'd still have to bring our passports for in-person check-in. The duplication is infuriating and a waste of time.
Also, we got up there and the room was UNBEARABLY hot. I'm not sure if they had fans at reception, as we had to strip off as soon as we got in! We opened the windows the tiny bit they could, but the room was sweltering. Also, no TV, which is usually fine, but I sprained my ankle on day 1, which made day 2 bedbound very dull.
Things were quite worn too- the bed, bedding (just given 1 VERY soft pillow) and the carpets etc.
Also, the shower was awful. It wasn't powerful enough to wash my hair the whole time I was there. Would spurt hot & cold, but had no pressure.

The place is quite good! Staff are very friendly. After I checked out they allowed me to store luggage with them until I finished my research and back there to take my stuff.
The room had a carpet with stains on it.
The room is too close to flat door sometimes people close the flat door too loud.

It was close to the centre and where I was working. Costa below which was handy.
The room was not like the pictures. Small and the kitchen was basic, but the pots and pans were not usuable, which was a let down.
The bed was broken in my room.
It was the most affordable of places to stay
