Exactly as described, nothing fancy but everything in good condition and clean.
Light in corridor was on a sensor that went off very quickly! Longer timer on light would have been good

Very clean and tidy place and looks recently renovated, ie new kitchen, shower, flooring and a lick of paint. Rooms were big enough for me as a solo traveller. I was visiting on business. I only needed to heat up some food, go out to work a few hours then get some sleep and shower.
It has electric heating but didn't need it on, even on a not warm day.
Good to have a cooker and microwave, and a small amount of plates and cups

Host gave helpful information about parking and finding the place (though I still took a few minutes to find the door)
Bed was too firm for me, and pillows too thin. I had to use both pillows so lucky it was just me.
Fridge freezer is noisy (and right next to the bedroom.
TV didn't work (needed connecting to the internet, which I probably could have done if I had the time or inclination, but didn't).
The old, badly-fitting doors do not keep sounds out well. Smoke alarm in the hall was beeping (low battery) from early hours and I couldn't stop it so had a bad sleep.
Some noise comes from outside, possibly extractor fans on other buildings. Mostly stopped by keeping the ensuite door closed.
1 mug, no pasta bowls (but a few plates and small cereal bowls).
Entrance hall lights are on timers so you often end up scrambling for keys in the dark.
The parking is in an alley behind shops in a dark unsecure area which might make people wary.
