V friendly staff at the reception however the booking process was stressful. If you are not a student do not book here they will cancel your booking, submitted student id card but was told that's not enough and had to get further documentation from my uni. The studio was very spacious and the mattress was super comfy, less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre very luxurious feel in the studio there's a fridge and cupboards so you can store your drinks and snacks.

Room was nice and convenient and had good amenities
Unfortunately the AC was not working and it was extremely warm and I wasn’t given a room card so had to ask the front desk every time I left my room to let me back in. There was also some confusion as to whether I had booked a room and took a little while for the gentleman to believe I had a booking.

I stayed at Nova during a short visit to Nottingham and was genuinely impressed. The location is unbeatable – close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and historic spots like Nottingham Castle.
The apartment was spotless and had a smart, modern design with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like a desk and a spacious shower. I also appreciated the quiet, adult-only vibe – perfect for getting work done without distractions.
