It's a very stylish and well-maintained property, and all communication from the host was clear and prompt.
It is a great, well-priced place in a convenient spot for public transport and for motorway access.
Everything was very clean; the other reviews were extremely accurate. I was guided by them and you should be too.
I was in the loft space, the staircase down to the bathroom may be a challenge for some.
The mattress in that room was a little soft, but I could also do with losing a few pounds so I'll share the blame on that. This said, I slept very well as it was very quiet. Given that it was a Saturday evening, this is a bonus.

The room and all facilities were spotlessly clean! I especially loved how quiet it was The bed was very comfy. Great location and two minutes walk to a bus stop and 5 minutes journey and you are right in the city centre. The host, Tom is very welcoming and friendly. Great value, perfect stay.

This was the cleanest place i have stayed in ever- it is a shoes off household and everything was spotless and fresh! I was really impressed by this- I had a flying trip and served my needs perfectly!
The mattress was a bit soft for my liking but for the price you really cannot complain. Nothing to complain about at all to be honest. There is free parking on the road outside, however it is has a lot of cars parked so maybe it would be hard to find a space, however i had a space right outside!

Our Host was a lovely person , very hospitable and gave us great advise on how to get round the city .
We loved it here and will definately be back !
