Pleasant enough, good for a one night stay, probably wouldn't want to stay there for longer though.
Shared bathroom with permanent tenants wasn't kept too clean. Heating was also on full blast when I arrived making the room like a sauna

Great bang for your buck
It was quite dirty, lots of stains and had a very distinctive smell

Tidy enough but not safe as in a shared house and door was left unlocked, area was 10/15 mins walk from train station but wouldn't recommend walking those streets in the dark.
Location felt unsafe! Area was rough and there is no reply from owner when asked for extra towels, was given 1 for 2 people.
Wouldn't stay again thankfully managed one night and that's all.
