WiFi works but the Tv doesn’t work

Apartamento muito bem montado, com todas as comodidades que precisamos para estadia em Santa Mônica. A localização é excelente, próximo de todos os pontos de interesse daquela região. Local seguro e com garagem, o que é um diferencial realmente importante.

O processo de check-in foi confuso. Iríamos tratar com uma pessoa e no dia outra entrou em contato. Não nos entendemos de início para pegar a chave. Entendemos que encontraríamos alguém para pegar as chaves e por fim estavam escondidas. Minha sugestão para melhoria deste processo é fazer como já vi em outros apartamentos: Deixar instruções CLARAS de como será o processo e no dia, se possível, enviar uma filmagem demonstrando o processo para quem chega de carro e sem carro. Evitaria a quase uma hora de desencontros em nossa chegada.

Host went out of the way to help us get the apartment a bit before time when we requested the after a long haul flight. In unit laundry was very helpful. Kitchen was stocked appropriately.

A bit more quantity of laundry and dishwasher cleaners would have been helpful.

We liked the location, it is at walking distance to Santa Monica Pier and some shopping streets. Bathrooms were really nice and both bedrooms are spacious. It has washing unit which is very helpful. It has its own garage so parking is easy.

Lights and electric plugs didn't work for half of the apartment. We asked for repair that never happened. Apartment is very dark and windows are facing next building. Photos show very light apartment which unfortunately isn't true. It is good if you are around all day long since location is great but staying in is not so pleasant. Kitchen is missing items, like salad bowl.
