It is well located and near the beach. However the images shown on booking.com are misleading.
Images of the property are quite misleading. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which is near to the Main Street. There’s quite a lot of traffic noise.

Nice property - good for the beach behind and either way to Pier or Venice Beach - same distance roughly
It’s not high level - only on level 3 with the view of a street and near the pub where at night you could hear the patrons.

The property is located in a very convenient area, with plenty of great eateries around the beach, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings.
However, our experience was disappointing compared to what was advertised on Booking.com. The property has two towers, and the apartment provided to us was not a sea-view unit and was located on Level 3, despite us paying specifically for a sea-view apartment. This mismatch between what was shown online and what was actually provided was quite frustrating.
What added to the disappointment was how our concern was handled by the host. There was no satisfactory resolution or acknowledgment of the issue, which left us feeling let down.
Overall, while the location is excellent, I wouldn’t recommend this property based on the misleading listing and the way our concern was managed. Future guests should be prepared for unexpected surprises.
