Fantastic location, quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need. Whole Foods is a block away. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. I loved having coffee in the patio each morning. The host was very easy to communicate with and she sent clear check in and check out instructions. I would reach out to her again if we return to Santa Monica.

This condo was perfect, we stayed central to both sofi and Greek theater for a concert weekend. Clean and wonderfully located to beach front Santa Monica!

We had a wonderful time at KK’s property this week. There was plenty of room for my family of four and the unit was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and more. Definitely wander the few blocks up to Tartine for brunch. (We went twice.) Easy access to LA and the surrounding areas. We had a great time and would love to visit again.
