The location of the property was ideal for us to visit Chichester, very close to the city centre, specially as 1 of my friends came from Chichester. We may well come back to use this property sometime in the near future.
The property had a nice feel to it. Good lounge with TV & wifi available, spacious kitchen, good bedrooms with comfy beds. Covered everything for a nice stay

Airy kitchen extension and cosy feel to rest of cottage. Easy walk into town so didn’t need to use the car. Fairly well equipped kitchen (could do with another saucepan).
Shower controls not brilliant, water either very hot or very slight movement of control water went cold. On busy roundabout but didn’t really hear traffic noise unless sat in garden. Could perhaps sort parking permit before guests arrive so have peace of mind.

The property was just what we needed and was well equipped and very clean & tidy.
It was an easy walk into Chichester & a short car journey to the beaches at Wittering
The bedrooms were a little bit cramped but that was the nature of the property - not really a problem for us as it was just the 2 of us
