The property was very conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the Chichester Festival Theatre and the Chichester Parkrun and within a comfortable walking distance of the city centre. It is well appointed and offers very good accommodation for two couples or a small family.
There is a fairly busy main road in front of the property and only one official parking space although there did seem to be sufficient room for two small cars.

Broyle House was in a good position for accessing Chichester Town Centre, as well as the Theatre and Hospital. If leaving your car, you could easily walk or catch a bus straight to the town centre.
After having a little difficulty finding access to Broyle House and a rather curt response from the agents managing the property, we were successful in entering. The access was from the rear (unlit at night) and with several steps down into a small overgrown garden. The grass was way past our ankles, not a good look but it did match all the beer bottles left by the front door. Inside, although tidy at first glance, on closer inspection the house looked like it could do with a good clean. Cobwebs on the ceilings, dust balls under the beds and the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed between guests.
