Superb flat. Location perfect for Chichester and exiting to coast. Great parking space. Beds were superb. Lounge huge and comfortable

It was central and near Cathedral.
Hard to find. Directions need re-writing on every level. Needed a good spring clean-corners all full of bits-not hoovered properly. Dishes needed washing again. Kitchen poorly stocked for kit. No courtesy milk which is a first for me as a very regular traveller.
Fridge was minute. Freezer iced up. One tea towel. Hot water tap sporadic. No sponge to was up. Used J cloth. Bathroom shower pressure too low. Plugs slow to drain.
Front bedroom sufferers from street noise at night. Undersheets and matress protector didnt fit. Bed squeaked all night. Window would benefit from partial frosting for privacy/ soundproofing? Back bedroom better. Tall men might struggle with head height in some areas. Carpets tired-furniture moved to cover this. Really early 10am check out. Heaters were all pumping out 22 degree heat on arrival. Such a waste.
Historic building and free parking was good but details were missed which is a real shame because it was an interesting place. Bathroom was clean and linen was good.

The history.
Lovely.
Upstairs room a little cold and in need of more heating, but it's one room only, and we got comfy under blankets and watched a movie. All good.

Location is excellent as right on the high street but minimal noise. Beautifully furnished and a real luxury home.
Second bedroom bed was not the comfiest
