Its a lovely place and felt very much like a home. It's well-located - 15 minutes on foot to the Cathedral and town centre, and 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches of West Wittering and has absolutely everything you could need and a few things you probably won't. We loved it. Having 2 bathrooms was a real plus.
The beds were not to my liking, which doesn't mean they would be like that for everyone and I'd have liked some larger coffee mugs but there's really not a lot to moan about here. The windows are Victorian sash which is great but also single glazed so noise from the road can be obtrusive if you're a light sleeper. The only other issue is on-street parking, as you won't be able to leave the car in front of the house due to the narrow road, and finding space close by is a bit of a lottery. There is a large pay-and-display car park behind the house, though.
One other very minor thing - the pictures on this site are old, probably from when the house was first put on here and should probably be updated. The rooms are configured differently and everything is a few years older than you might expect.

There were 4 of us and only three comfortable seats in the lounge.
No free parking on the nearby roads as all permit parking and hosts did not have permits for any guests. Only one small towel for four guests but four bath towels.
