Ideal location for Goodwood. Well equipped comfortable accommodation.

No fans in bedrooms. We stayed in July when it was hot and having a fan would have made sleeping more comfortable.

The location was good, clean and there was adequate cooking, utensils, towels etc.

It smelt quite musty, perhaps it could do with being refreshed before a booking. Also the chair in living room that rocks, maybe needs replacing rather than covering with a throw.
