Property composed of main house and outbuilding 6 km from the centre of San Polo in Chianti, 6 km from the centre of Grassina, 15 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: property 10'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced) with trees, courtyard. Private: swimming pool (17 x 4 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system.
