Beautiful typical Tuscan farmhouse of 250 m2 situated on the side of a hill on the top of which stands the medieval town of Casole d'Elsa, in a particularly strategic geographic position for visiting the most interesting cities of art of Tuscany and the very beautiful Chianti or for reaching the beautiful Tuscan beaches which are only a bit more than an hour away. The farmhouse, divided into two independent apartments which don’t’ communicate internally, has been recently restored and it has maintained its rural architecture with terracotta flooring and partly exposed wooden beams. At guests disposal a very spacious garden 3000 m2 plenty of quiet corners in which to relax, where is situated the swimming pool (6 x 12, depth 0,30-1,45 m)(8/05-8/10) with stairway and external shower, and a gazebo (with barbecue) equipped for outdoor dining. Possibility of extra hours of cleaning and of a cook to be requested at the moment of booking and to be paid on the spot. Parking in the ground. Central heating. PLEASE NOTE: Pets (only 1) admitted on payment (Euro 50/animal/per booking). ACCOMMODATION: Gr.Fl.: living room with fireplace, open kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath.
