Our hotel stay was delightful. The room was spotless and ready for our family as soon as we arrived. My wife was thrilled with the breathtaking view from the window, and the gentle sound of the cathedral bells added a charming and memorable touch to our experience.
The pillows were enormous and uncomfortable, but we managed to replace them.

Location. Size of room.
Crap wifi. Couldn't checkout online because it said i had an outstanding balance and to pay at office. Office doesnt open to 12... checkout is 11. (Used self checkout machine and didn't end up paying anything)
They spring you with a Tourist City Tax when you rock up that your not told about (pretty pricey)
Room smelt like smoke.
