Nice room, good location, easy walk to main station. Staff offered us a transit pass as we had paid room taxes so we discovered more of the city on the trams. Quiet room, nice bathroom. A good place to base for day trip to Hallstat.
Can't think of anything, except possibly more lights on ceiling as not able to see into our bags.

The hotel was beautifully renovated in a modern yet classic style. The location was excellent, within walking distance of both the train station and the Old Town. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we would especially like to thank them for allowing my mother and me a late check-out after we became ill. That kindness was truly appreciated.

The location
The room was very dirty, due to renovations, when we arrived after a very tiring trip, we were told we could wait for the room to be cleaned, or we can get another room, which they were not too keen on. The floor of the room they first gave us was full of saw dust from the ongoing woodwork in the hotel.
The water in the bathroom was not warm after 7pm at night.
The bathroom door does not close properly and therefore cannot be locked.
Staff at the hotel were extremely rude after we complained about the room. They actually made us feel unwelcome
They blamed the dirty room on staff shortages because of the long weekend. I booked the room in December 2024. This is not an excuse, rather unprofessional
Most of the staff at the restaurant were also rude when we complained that they served us a wrong drink, not what we ordered. I found the customer service really bad
