The location of the hotel is very good and close to Mirabell Garden. The room was clean and modern. The staff was average. Also not many facilities.

The air conditioning is very bad on the first floor for a five star hotel. We had 5 rooms and we asked to change rooms to no avail. We also asked for fans and we did not get them. I was not happy with the 20% refund. My family was very upset. The cleaning ladies did not come for two days. Even on the day we left, I did not see them. The hotel forces you to pay the room deposit before you see it. I advise you to see the rooms and make sure there is air conditioning or even sufficient ventilation. I had diabetics and elderly people with me.

The actual room was great and the location was close to the train station. However, as a mixed race couple it was very noticeable how different I was treated as a Caucasian compared to my non-Caucasian wife. Whilst it wasn't outrightly racist, the attitude and friendliness I was shown wasn't displayed to her at all.
Not recommended.
