A pleasant place with fast check-in, a comfortable bed, and a good breakfast. Modern design with great attention to detail. The hotel is close to major attractions, with a grocery store and a good restaurant nearby.
The interior clearly seems to have been designed with great care and attention. However, there were quite a few small damages, scratches, and minor stains in the room that should be addressed promptly. Fixing these details would significantly improve the overall impression of the stay, as they unfortunately detract from an otherwise well-thought-out and pleasant interior.

The hotel is situated close to the train station. There is also a shopping mall across the street. The building is quite large and has its own underground garage. On the inside it is completely renovated, a lot of pleasant materials.
The garage comes at a cost of 25 Euros a day, but it is definitely necessary in a big city.
The room had a good size with pleasant furnishing. The sound insulation is excellent - you do not hear anything from the street. I had a room facing the street with a lot of traffic, but you could not hear a thing with the windows closed.
The beds were very comfortable.
They try to keep a low carbon footprint with no plastics.
The breakfast was wonderful - maybe a little bit pricey at 28 Euros, but if you like a good breakfast, like me, it is worth it. They have a lot of variety and about 60% is organic (bio). You have scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, hams and cheeses, yogurt, jams, all kind of cereal, nuts and dried fruits. The coffee was also very good.
The staff was very friendly.
Maybe the neighborhood, but you can not fault the hotel for being situated there. Not a negative when you think of it.

Location was fairly good and staff were nice.
Initially the hotel felt lovely but over the days it became apparent that there was little value for money. I spent a lot of money on the room and felt things should have been better.
I requested some water be refilled in the room after our first night and was told that I’d have to buy that. Understandable in a budget hotel but not at the cost I paid.
Our last night after the room was cleaned there was a rag left in the bathroom on top of our products and the beds weren’t made up properly. Towards the end of the stay it was almost as though “they are leaving it doesn’t matter”. Towels were also tatty with lose threads and holes. We also had to have cold showers on our last morning as there was no hot water.
Sadly it wasn’t made easy to contact the hotel reception with issues as there wasn’t a phone in the room, so to be able to contact reception once in your room you either had to go down (not ideal in shower situation) or phone from your mobile - not great when travelling over seas and have call restrictions.
I was celebrating my birthday and told the hotel this, nothing was done to mark the occasion which would have been nice (based again on how much I’d paid) but worse all of the above made it a rather disappointing stay. It’s pretending to be something it’s not, more high end that it actually is.
