We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children.
Every detail felt thoughtfully designed—from the friendly staff to the comfortable room. Before our arrival, we even received two complimentary public transport tickets, which was a great touch.
We stayed one night in Salzburg with our baby. The baby cot was already set up, the room was quiet, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, so we all slept very well.
The next morning was our baby’s birthday, and the staff surprised us at breakfast with a small cake and candle—such a sweet gesture.
Delicious breakfast and a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Honestly, everything was great.
The room was spacious to fit 2 adults and 2 children; the bathroom was separate from the toilet, lots of windows that could be tilted, breakfast was beautifully prepared and of quality. The bed was so comfortable, a dream! Shower pressure and bathroom toiletries smelling great.
The staff was brilliant, at reception Tijana was kind and attentive, she was eager to give us solutions and help us during our stay. The cleaning lady was very sweet and respectful; and at breakfast the team was warm and very attentive.
The location could not be more comfortable, couple of minutes away from the train and bus station, but also close enough to the city centre if you prefer walking.
The hotel also counts with a vending machine at reception with drinks and food.
This is a super child friendly hotel, they had toys and books both at reception and at the breakfast room.
We will stay again at Levy’s rooms when we come back to Salzburg, because we will surely be back!
I believe the hotel is already top, and this is not so much as a dislike comment but potential “improvements”. I felt the pillows were a bit soft for my taste (but I didn’t check in the closet nor asked for a different one, I am sure they would have provided with different textures)

It was so cozy and felt homey not the usual type of hotel you see around. Breakfast was great! Staff were so nice, friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Just a 5 minute walk from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof.
